Receiving The Faith of Abraham

Did you know that Abraham is called, ‘The Father of the Faith?’ That’s right!

Romans 4:16

Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham’s offspring—not only to those who are of the law but also to those who have the faith of Abraham. He is the father of us all.

So we see here how Abraham’s faith saves. By faith, Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. By faith, he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.

By Faith, Abraham believed the promises of YAH. He had Isaac his son in his old age. By Faith, Abraham was going to sacrifice Isaac at The Word of YAH.

By Faith, Abraham gave up all that He treasured to follow YAH.

By Faith, Abraham told His offspring about YAH, that they would grow up into The Faith.

By Faith, Abraham hearken unto YAH and followed all His ways.
